Having a Technical Representative on-site at the selected MRO helps you,
the owner / operators / lessors, to discover the discrepancies during the Scheduled
Heavy Maintenance, Lease Returns, and Non-routine MRO visits.
During these visits the routine & non-routine discrepancies observed have
to be authenticated and agreed upon by the operator, before the MRO can begin and
repair(s) can be completed.
This is where we, having an on-site technical representative; keep
track of the task(s) to ensure unnecessary job cards or man-hours are not claimed
and no quality and/or safety is compromised.
Closely monitoring the check schedule is also done to ensure that there is no delays
in completion and aircraft release date, which could negatively affect your
operational flight schedules.
Additionally, we ensure that the work package is complete in all respect and the maintenance
records are updated; including non routines and part replacements.
Having an external Technical Representative is also the most cost effective and preferred
choice, where the infrequency of these heavy maintenance visits does not justify the
hiring of additional permanent staff.
